The YUKON Pole Building Kit

The YUKON 50x70x12 is one of the largest pole building kits in the PBS Direct range. At 3,500 square feet with 12-foot sidewalls and a 50-foot clear-span width, this kit is sized for large agricultural buildings, commercial warehouses, equipment storage, and multi-purpose facilities that require substantial covered floor space.

The building features sidelights, which are clear polycarbonate panels positioned along the sidewalls to bring in natural light across the wide interior. A single 8x10 garage door opening provides vehicle and equipment access, while four window openings and the sidelights create a well-lit interior for working or storage.

All structural framing, G-Rib 29-gauge steel roofing and siding, ThermaGuard moisture barrier, fasteners, and trim are included. CAD drawings and engineer-stamped truss certification (when required) come with the kit for your permit application.

Quality and Warranty

PBS Direct warrants all materials against structural or workmanship defects. Improper handling or installation voids the warranty. Damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for replacement.
