Refund & Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following terms:
1. Cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order
If you contact us within 48 hours of placing your order and the item has not yet shipped, you may cancel and receive a full refund (the amount you paid, credited back via your original payment method).
2. Cancellation after 48 hours, but before shipment
If more than 48 hours have passed since your order was placed, and the item has not yet shipped, you may cancel your order but a 15% restocking fee will apply. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The remainder will be credited to your original payment method once the cancellation is processed.
3. Orders shipped or delivered after 48 hours
If your order has shipped (or been delivered) and more than 48 hours have passed since you placed it, all sales are final — no refunds or cancellations are permitted.
How to Cancel
To request a cancellation, please contact us at orders@pbsdirect.com as soon as possible. Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. Once you receive our confirmation of cancellation (and refund or restocking-fee deduction when applicable), please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the credit back to your account.
Additional Terms
- We strongly recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting it, because once 48 hours have passed and shipment has begun, cancellations are no longer available.
- This policy applies to all standard stock products unless otherwise noted.
- Custom-cut, special-order, or custom-fabricated items may fall outside the standard cancellation/cancellation-refund allowances; please check product-specific terms where applicable.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless required by law.
