The KEYSTONE 30x40x14 is a complete workshop pole building kit with 1,200 square feet of floor space and 14-foot sidewalls. The tall walls and mixed door configuration, a 9x12 opening and a 9x10 opening, make this kit well suited for professional workshop setups, vehicle lifts, tall agricultural equipment, or any application where standard 10-foot walls fall short.

The 9x12 door opening is tall enough for most full-size trucks and SUVs with roof racks or bed covers, while the 9x10 opening suits standard vehicles and smaller machinery. The 14-foot sidewalls provide clearance for overhead storage systems, ceiling-mounted equipment, and vehicle hoists.

All structural framing, G-Rib 29-gauge steel roofing and siding, ThermaGuard moisture barrier, fasteners, and trim are included. CAD drawings and engineer-stamped truss certification (when required) come with the kit for your permit application.

Quality and Warranty

PBS Direct warrants all materials against structural or workmanship defects. Improper handling or installation voids the warranty. Damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for replacement.
