The DAKOTA 30x36x10 is an oversized 2-car garage pole building kit with 1,080 square feet of floor space and 10-foot sidewalls. The 36-foot depth gives meaningfully more usable floor area than a standard 30x30 two-car garage, leaving substantial room behind the vehicles for tools, a workbench, shelving, or general storage.

Two 8x8 garage door openings provide access for two standard vehicles. The 30-foot width gives comfortable clearance on each side when the doors are open. This is a well-proportioned choice for homeowners who want a roomy two-car garage without committing to a full 40- or 50-foot deep build.

All structural framing, G-Rib 29-gauge steel roofing and siding, ThermaGuard moisture barrier, fasteners, and trim are included. CAD drawings and engineer-stamped truss certification (when required) come with the kit for your permit application.
