The CLYDE Pole Building Kit

The CLYDE 26x42x12 is a complete 3-car garage pole building kit with wainscoting and tall 10x10 garage door openings. At 1,092 square feet with 12-foot sidewalls, this kit is one of the more finished-looking options in the PBS Direct range. The three 10x10 openings are taller than standard 8 or 9-foot doors, accommodating full-size trucks, taller SUVs, and vehicles with roof accessories.

Wainscoting is included as part of the kit. It uses the same 29-gauge steel as the rest of the building but in a contrasting colour on the bottom 3 feet of the walls, giving the building a two-tone exterior finish. Because the wainscoting is a separate 3-foot panel rather than a full sidewall piece, it is easier to replace if the lower section is ever damaged. Three window openings provide natural light. The 12-foot sidewalls give extra vertical clearance compared to a standard 10-foot build, useful for taller vehicles and wall-mounted storage systems. 

All structural framing, G-Rib 29-gauge steel roofing and siding, ThermaGuard moisture barrier, fasteners, and trim are included. CAD drawings and engineer-stamped truss certification (when required) come with the kit for your permit application.

Quality and Warranty

PBS Direct warrants all materials against structural or workmanship defects. Improper handling or installation voids the warranty. Damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for replacement.
