The CHEYENNE Pole Building Kit

The CHEYENNE 24x40x10 is a complete 3-car garage pole building kit with 960 square feet of floor space and 10-foot sidewalls. Three 8x8 garage door openings give access for three standard passenger vehicles, and four window openings provide natural light across the full width of the building. The 24-foot width keeps this kit well-suited to residential lots while still accommodating three bays side by side.

All structural framing, G-Rib 29-gauge steel roofing and siding, ThermaGuard moisture barrier, fasteners, and trim are included. CAD drawings and engineer-stamped truss certification (when required) come with the kit for your permit application.
