The REDWOOD Pole Building Kit

The REDWOOD 24x40x10 is a complete 2-car garage with shop space pole building kit featuring wide 12x8 garage door openings. At 960 square feet with a 24-foot width and 40-foot depth, this kit is similar in footprint to the SILVERTON, but with notably wider doors that provide better access for wider vehicles, trailers, and equipment.

The two 12x8 openings are 50% wider than a standard 8-foot door, making them suitable for trucks with wide load, side-by-side UTVs, or any vehicle where door width is the limiting factor. The 40-foot depth leaves meaningful floor space behind the vehicles for shop use, storage, or general workspace.

All structural framing, G-Rib 29-gauge steel roofing and siding, ThermaGuard moisture barrier, fasteners, and trim are included. CAD drawings and engineer-stamped truss certification (when required) come with the kit for your permit application.

PBS Direct warrants all materials against structural or workmanship defects. Improper handling or installation voids the warranty. Damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for replacement.
