The PIONEER 30x40x10 is a complete hobby building pole building kit that stands apart from standard garage configurations. The open lean-to runs the full 40-foot length of the building and provides covered outdoor space for equipment, firewood, outdoor seating, or any use that benefits from a sheltered but open-sided area. The front porch adds a welcoming entry to the building. One 8x8 garage door opening provides access for a single vehicle or larger equipment.

All structural framing, G-Rib 29-gauge steel roofing and siding, ThermaGuard moisture barrier, fasteners, and trim are included. CAD drawings and engineer-stamped truss certification (when required) come with the kit for your permit application.

Quality and Warranty

PBS Direct warrants all materials against structural or workmanship defects. Improper handling or installation voids the warranty. Damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for replacement.
