The MONROE Pole Building Kit

The MONROE 40x80x16 is a complete pole building kit for large-scale warehouse, agricultural, and commercial applications. With 3,200 square feet of open floor space and 16-foot sidewalls, this is one of the largest kits in the PBS Direct range. The 14x14 garage door opening accommodates commercial vehicles, utility equipment, and a wide range of agricultural machinery, though some oversized farm equipment may require larger door openings

At 80 feet of depth and 40 feet of width, the MONROE provides the footprint needed for fleet parking, equipment storage, hay storage, or commercial operations that require substantial covered space. Four window openings provide natural light across the wide interior.

All structural framing, G-Rib 29-gauge steel roofing and siding, ThermaGuard moisture barrier, fasteners, and trim are included. CAD drawings and engineer-stamped truss certification (when required) come with the kit for your permit application.

Quality and Warranty

PBS Direct warrants all materials against structural or workmanship defects. Improper handling or installation voids the warranty. Damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for replacement.
