The HOUSTON 22x30x10 is a complete single-car garage with shop space pole building kit. At 660 square feet with a 22-foot width and 30-foot depth, this kit is one of the most compact configurations in the PBS Direct range that still delivers a dedicated shop area alongside the garage bay.

A single 8x8 garage door opening at the front provides access for one vehicle or smaller equipment. Four window openings are distributed across the building to bring in natural light throughout the interior, which makes a practical difference for shop work and day-to-day use. The 30-foot depth leaves genuine floor space behind the vehicle for a workbench, tools, and storage.

All structural framing, G-Rib 29-gauge steel roofing and siding, ThermaGuard moisture barrier, fasteners, and trim are included. CAD drawings and engineer-stamped truss certification (when required) come with the kit for your permit application.

Quality and Warranty

PBS Direct warrants all materials against structural or workmanship defects. Improper handling or installation voids the warranty. Damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for replacement.
