Centra™ Series Bolt-Up Steel Building - 20x24x10

The Centra Series 20x24x10 is a bolt-up steel building engineered for fast, straightforward assembly. Manufactured by Central States Manufacturing, this kit includes all structural framing, 26-gauge R-Loc Galvalume roofing, 26-gauge painted R-Loc walls with CentralGuard Protection, and a complete fastener package. No on-site welding is required at any point during assembly.

The standard package includes a 10-foot wide framed endwall opening with height options of 7, 8, or 9 ft, covering most standard garage door sizes. One 3-foot wide by 7-foot high steel walk-in door and jamb is included and can be field-located. All assembly instructions and a complete parts list are provided with the package.

This building meets IBC 2012 and 2015 standards, is rated for 115 mph wind (Wind Exposure C, closed), and is engineered for 25 lb roof and 30 lb ground snow loads. A range of add-ons is available at additional cost including painted roof panels, gutters, wainscoting, extra framed openings, and a wind upgrade to 145 mph.
