The ZION Pole Building Kit

The ZION 30x30x10 is a complete pole building kit configured as a gable-oriented 2-car garage with an enclosed lean-to. The main structure measures 30x30 with 10-foot sidewalls, providing 900 square feet of garage and storage space. The enclosed lean-to adds usable covered area alongside the main building, making this kit practical for properties that need both vehicle storage and a sheltered workspace or equipment area.

Two 9x8 garage door openings provide access for standard vehicles. The gable orientation runs the ridge of the roof parallel to the doors, which suits lots where depth is available. One window opening and a personnel door are included.

All structural framing, G-Rib 29-gauge steel roofing and siding, ThermaGuard moisture barrier, fasteners, and trim are included. CAD drawings and engineer-stamped truss certification (when required) come with the kit for your permit application.
