The SUMMIT Pole Building Kit

The SUMMIT 30x50x12 is a complete pole building kit configured as an oversized 3-car garage. With 1,500 square feet of floor space and 12-foot sidewalls, this kit provides room for three vehicles with varied size requirements. The mixed door configuration, two 10x8 openings and one 10x10 opening, means you can accommodate a taller vehicle such as a van, pickup with a bed cover, or SUV alongside two standard cars.

At 50 feet of depth and 30 feet of width with 12-foot walls, the SUMMIT also leaves meaningful room behind or between the vehicles for storage, tools, or a working area. Two window openings provide natural light.

All structural framing, G-Rib 29-gauge steel roofing and siding, ThermaGuard moisture barrier, fasteners, and trim are included. CAD drawings and engineer-stamped truss certification (when required) come with the kit for your permit application.

Quality and Warranty

PBS Direct warrants all materials against structural or workmanship defects. Improper handling or installation voids the warranty. Damaged deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt for replacement.
