The SEQUOIA 30x50x12 is a complete pole building kit designed for a two-car garage with an extra-large workshop. At 1,500 square feet with 12-foot sidewalls and 50 feet of depth, this kit gives you significantly more floor area than a standard 40-foot building, making it well suited for fabrication work, storage of large equipment, or a dedicated trade workshop.

Two 9x10 garage door openings accommodate full-size trucks and SUVs. The 50-foot depth leaves substantial room behind the vehicles for a full working shop setup. At 12 feet tall, the sidewalls provide clearance for taller vehicles, overhead storage systems, or vehicle lifts.

All structural framing, G-Rib 29-gauge steel roofing and siding, ThermaGuard moisture barrier, fasteners, and trim are included. CAD drawings and engineer-stamped truss certification (when required) come with the kit for your permit application.
